With 22 trails cascading down from the 2,006 foot summit, Wachusett combines a big mountain resort atmosphere with a convenient close-to-home ski area. With 100% snowmaking and night skiing daily until 10:00 pm, Wachusett is near Worcester, Boston, and Providence so it’s convenient for skiers and snowboarders from throughout southern New England. Wachusett features 8 lifts – including two high speed quad chair lifts and 2 triple chairs – and a spectacular base lodge with private Mountain Suites; full-service ski shop, Starbucks coffee; Black Diamond Restaurant, and a cafeteria food court. Wachusett also features alpine park with half pipe; Polar Kids Children’s Programs; Night Race League; and a Learning Center with more than 200 ski and snowboard instructors.

Directions:
From Boston (1 hour): Take Rt. 2 West to Exit 25 for Westminster/Princeton. Take Rt. 140 South to a right onto Mountain Rd. and 1/2 mile on the right.  Follow the signs to the Ski Area Entrance.

From Hartford, Ct. (1 1/2 hours): Take Rt. 84 East to the Mass Pike East to Exit 10 Auburn to Rt. 290 East to Rt. 190 North to Exit 5 Rt. 140 North nine miles to a left onto Mountain Rd. and 1/2 mile on the right.  Follow the signs to the Ski Area Entrance.
